Biography

Republic of Singapore Air Force (1983 – 1996)
During his stint in the Republic of Singapore Air Force, he was involved in several major weapon systems acquisition programs, acting primarily as the Operational representative of the air force.

Additionally, he played an instrumental role in several of the air force’s commercialization programs in helicopter simulator training and aircraft maintenance.

Rotary Environmental Pte Ltd (1996- 2002)
During his time at Rotary, he spearheaded the company’s efforts to move into new markets in the Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Blue Water Oil Services Pte Ltd(2002 – 2004)
He was in charge of the team that designed, engineered and constructed a 3,000 barrel per day Oil Sludge Treatment and Recovery Facility in Dumai, Sumatra, Indonesia. The Facility was constructed within budget and on schedule.
He is currently acting as lead Consultant to expand capacity of the facility to 6,000 barrels per day.

Flagship Ecosystems Pte Ltd(2004 – Present)
He developed an innovative wastewater treatment system using Electro-coagulation technology to replace the use of chemicals. The system is manufactured in Singapore and is now being widely used in the Textile and Oil&Gas Industry to treat wastewater. He led the way to opening up new markets and businesses in Indonesia, Bangladesh and Korea. He has been instrumental in the setting up of the first Central Effluent Treatment Plant at the Dhaka Economic Processing Zone.
