Biography

Mr Touw June Wah is a Deputy Director at Singapore Business Federation (SBF) charged with the responsibility of developing the business capability of enterprises and Trade Associations/Chambers (TAC) by helping them to diagnose and implementing a capability roadmap within the Capacity Building Division. He also drive the National Business Continuity Management program at national level partnering with government agencies and businesses in ensuring Singapore economy resilience. Prior to joining SBF, Mr. Touw was previously a Division Manager at Singapore General Hospital (SGH) where he was responsible for the Ambulatory and Care Support Division managing including operations, budget and workplan. He was the key member in the managing of workflow re-engineering and relocation of Pathology, Specialist Outpatient Clinic and Accident & Emergency Department.

Over the span of 12 years’ experience, he has worked in Singapore Technologies Aerospace, Singapore Airlines (SATS), Qantas Airways (Jetstar) and ABB Group where he was responsible for operations managing, service improvement, business process re-engineering, strategizing the organization capability for growth and sustainability.

He holds an Executive MBA in International Business and Strategy from University of Birmingham (UK) and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in business computing from University of Bradford (UK).
