Study On The Co-Relation Between Brand Strength And Financial Performance
There have been many studies which have shown that strong brands have better financial performance. There was even one that showed strong brands enjoy 365% higher returns on investments. However, none of these studies were conducted in Singapore on Singapore companies. Until now. Audrey Lim will share the results of the first study to measure the link between a Singapore’s company perceived brand strength and its financial performance.

Biography
Audrey PT Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Merit) from the National University of Singapore, majoring in Sociology and Statistics.
Ms Lim started her career as a teacher at the Saint Francis Methodist School and moved on to be the Business Development Executive for Global Network Unlimited Pte Ltd, a full-service Business solutions provider specializing in web, software and branding development; before moving forward into the government sector with the Central Provident Fund Board (CPF) as an Assistant Manager.
Specialising in Business Development at Global Network Unlimited Pte Ltd, Audrey helped customers establish e-portal and IT solutions to facilitate and streamline business operations and processes to secure a foothold in e-commerce markets. Her portfolio covered Pfizer Asia Pacific, Golden Village and Khong Guan.
Within the CPF Board, Ms Lim was a corporate planner covering the implementation and administration of retirement schemes. Here, she led a team to ensure smooth workflow and continual improvements to in-place systems and processes. This extends to managing innovation-related programmes, conducting research; and implementing organisational excellence and development initiatives. These programmes involved senior management at IKEA, Hewlett Packard and the Ministry of Manpower.
